1.) In the first question, the majority of voters voted for the title: 'ACT!ON'. The only other choice which anyone voted for was 'Spotlight'.

 2.) The second questionnaire asked which genres should be covered in this magazine. The most popular choices were action blockbuster and horror with 3 votes each. The second choices were Rom-Com and Sci-Fi. Comedy was the lowest rated choice with only 1 vote. This was a multiple choice answer which is why there were more votes collectively (11) than question 1 (7).

 3.) The third question asked which age demographic should the magazine appeal to. Ages 17-25 was first with 5 votes. The least voted (with 0 votes) was 46+.

 4.) The fourth question asked for your preferred price of the magazine. The majority of voters (6 out of 7) chose the cheapest price of £2.50, only one person voted for the price of £3.

 5.) Question five asked the voters what the main content of the magazine should be. People seem to be interested more in reviews and interviews rather than promotional material.

                                          Unit 31: Social Action and Community Media Documentary- Dark Tourist; Japan What is this Documentary about? What is it's purpose? In this documentary series, journalist David Farrier travels the world in search for the darkest and most disturbing tourist spots. In this particular episode, David travels to Japan where he visits a number of strange and creepy locations. These places include a radioactive ghost-town, which was hit by both an earthquake and tsunami in 2011, a hotel where the staff are robots and the notorious Aokigahara Forest, also known as 'the suicide forest'. The purpose of this documentary is to act as both an insight into the darker parts of the world which are available to tourists, as well as question the ethicality of these twisted tourist trips.   Initial Research For A New Film Magazine     Most Popular Film Magazines: Entertainment Weekly Total Film  Empire  Variety  Sight and Sound    What Makes These Film Magazines Popular? The key marketing tactic to sell magazines is the front cover. For example, Empire magazines  have brightly coloured covers and usually boasts a famous celebrity of an upcoming movie or T.V show as the centre point of the front cover.  The use of brightly coloured imagery draws the viewers attention, whilst the face of a popular celebrity may further intrigue the viewer to purchase the product.     Empire: Empire Magazine is one of the world's most popular film magazines, with 205 thousand copies sold in 2016 in the UK alone.
